Convenient Stay Close to Attractions
central location snack bag filtered water
The hotel is located within walking distance of points of interest. Our room included a goody bag with snacks cookies waters and candies. The breakfast area features a filtered water cooler. Staff kept the breakfast area clean and well-stocked with many options.
The shower had some issues with consistent water temperature.

The room was equipped with comfy beds and decent size. Breakfast items had a nice variety and were available in a good sized breakfast room. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location provided easy access to amenities and points of interest. Penn Station and the action of time square were conveniently located nearby. This made it easy to explore the city's attractions.

uneven experience, some problems exist
small room noisy ac
the room size felt too small. it was tight with two adults. the bathroom had a sliding door that offered little privacy, i didn't like that. housekeeping visited daily, but i noticed the carpet looked worn. i think they should consider replacing it soon. the ac unit made too much noise.

solid stay close to everything
convenient location helpful staff decent breakfast variety comfortable bed
i found the location to be quite convenient for accessing various attractions. the staff members were generally helpful, offering assistance when needed. breakfast included a decent variety of options like eggs, cereal, and pastries (i liked the waffles). my room had a king-sized bed that i found comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The elevator seemed to operate slowly during peak hours. I sometimes experienced a short wait.

wonderful location with friendly employees
clean room breakfast options great location
the room was very clean with comfortable mattress and pillows. breakfast offered good options and a nice way to start the day. i found the location fantastic also it was close to many destinations.
