the hotel is in a great location close to many attractions. the staff offered to hold my luggage before i checked in. the room was very clean and well maintained .

i found THE room very clean. the high floor made it quiet. the location was convenient for accessing theaters. the staff responded well to my requests.

this location is central. it is near times square. many restaurants are in walking distance. access to subway stations is very easy from the hotel.

an italian restaurant is located just a few doors down. i found great coffee at a walk up bar nearby. it provides a convenient option for breakfast. several other options are also very close.

The location is definitely a highlight. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially with directions. My room was clean and adequately sized for a city stay. (I really appreciated the blackout curtains!).
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours. I sometimes waited longer than expected.

The hotel has a business center with computers and printers. There is also a fitness center. Guests have access to laundry services on each floor.

My room featured a flat-screen television with cable channels. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries. The air conditioning was strong and effective at cooling the room. (That was something I was worried about!).
