the staff provided excellent service i received personalized dining recommendations i also received a surprise thank you dessert it was thoughtful the housekeeping service from siraj and mani was really good they made my stay comfortable

i asked for gulab jamun and was informed there would be a charge it felt disheartening after a dinner out since sweet shops were closed

The location is great, next to the rose garden and the shopping district. the hotel provides large, sustainable bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, this is a thoughtful touch. my kids enjoyed the super clean changing rooms with sauna and steam facilities. i enjoyed breakfast at corby's. The spread was generous and of high quality.

i requested a room with a view, but i ended up overlooking the road and parking lot.

The staff were polite. This was acceptable.

I experienced some issues. The room I had was too small, especially the washroom. I've never seen such tiny ones at a so-called 5-star hotel. The check-in took about 25 minutes which felt too LONG.
