breakfast choices great support
the breakfast buffet had excellent choices the staff remembered my preferences. davesh provided great support during weather issues he even arranged transportation.
the room flooring showed wear and tear it was not optimal.

i found the staff very helpful. dimple from the front office helped with an early check-in. the staff at the breakfast buffet were prompt and hospitable. they made breakfast nice.
the room wasn't as clean as i expected. the tv system was an absolute mess. it asked me to connect to wifi before i could use any of the apps. it was a bit of a nightmare to do this every day.

solid stay, needs tweaks
convenient location updated equipment good security
the location is really convenient, things are nearby. the room itself was clean. the gym had updated equipment. breakfast was good. i like the buffet for lunch. i found comfortable rooms and strong security measures were in place, this.
check-in took almost two hours, it was slow. wifi issues caused delays when i arrived. the room cards not working made everything worse. no late checkout or compensation were offered for the long wait.

the front desk was helpful but slow. housekeeping kept the room clean, this was really nice. staff was available when assistance was needed. it was a nice touch.
