i found the late check-in very convenient. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were a plus. access to the airport was easy, saving me travel time.

the shower in the room had some minor issues with pressure.

ripped curtains hole

The airport access was convenient.

I encountered a significant problem upon arrival, no one was present to grant me access despite prior communication. I waited outside for an extended period. The room also had a hole in the window and ripped curtains.
