noise insulation unclean radiator

I found the noise insulation inadequate. I could hear other guests moving about and doors slamming late into the night. also, the bathroom radiator was quite unclean. i did not want to touch it. it's important to ensure proper hygiene and quiet surroundings for a comfortable stay. these issues significantly impacted my rest.

dated decor musty smell

the location was acceptable because it was near the airport.

the room was not good. the decor was dated and there was a musty smell. the headboard was off the bed. i did not like that i had to leave my driver's license overnight as a deposit for the keys.

perfect location pleasant staff aggressive person noisy guest

The location for Heathrow Airport were totally perfect. The staff be very pleasant. Breakfast is good continental. It was served with care and attention.

I did called the Venue for direction. I was bombarded by an aggressive person, I think. They said that the Reception will be closing. It was very noisy. Guests are in and out of rooms, up and down the stairs.
