acceptable locationdated decormusty smell

the location was acceptable because it was near the airport.

the room was not good. the decor was dated and there was a musty smell. the headboard was off the bed. i did not like that i had to leave my driver's license overnight as a deposit for the keys.

The location for Heathrow Airport were totally perfect. The staff be very pleasant. Breakfast is good continental. It was served with care and attention.

I did called the Venue for direction. I was bombarded by an aggressive person, I think. They said that the Reception will be closing. It was very noisy. Guests are in and out of rooms, up and down the stairs.
