Superb Stay near Gatwick

The staff were AMAZING (i mean, they really were really good!). I stayed in a family room, perfect. Beds felt supremely comfortable too.

The room had some dust, and the bathroom was cleaned only superficially. A deeper clean would REALLY improve the experience.

The reception manager was very attentive and proactively assisted with luggage. Staff members also provided useful information about local transport options to the airport. Their willingness to assist greatly enhanced my travel experience.

The family room featured ample space and crisp, clean cotton sheets. The en-suite bathroom included both a bath and a shower. Hot water was readily available. This room provided a relaxing environment.

I highly recommend this place. its location is excellent. the staff were helpful and friendly. the room was perfect for my needs. It was very clean and spacious. the hotel is close to the airport and public transport is great!!!
