the staff were kind the location was acceptable to my needs

the provided tv was using wifi for its signal the signal was weak and difficult to use i found the beds offered little comfort and greatly impacted my rest parking was a test of patience a space eventually became available

the shower was not satisfactory the temperature was difficult to regulate and fluctuated unexpectedly. the size of the room felt inadequate given the description there was barely enough space to move around comfortably. i found this particularly inconvenient when trying to unpack my luggage. furthermore the single window offered a limited view and did little to brighten the space.

Staff was very friendly and cute to us. The room included tea, coffee, milk, and cereal, a really nice surprise. A fridge was also present in the room. The gentleman helped with the parking and showed proper street side.

The room was a bit cold, but it did not bother us much.

The check in guy was lovely and very helpful to us. The staff turned up fast when we called them about our arrival. They give us everything we needed.
