the owners are helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the sea view and views of the illuminations right up to the tower from the apartment. the tram stop opposite the hotel was very convenient. the breakfast was hot and tasty.
i noticed the front steps up to the hotel are rather steep and the entrance way narrow. this setup may not be easily accessible for disabled guests.

the room had everything i needed. the staff were very friendly to me. the hotel was brilliantly clean too.
the front steps are rather steep! the entrance way is narrow too. the mattress was not very comfortable probably, could do with an upgrade.

the room was clean and tidy. i appreciated the warm atmosphere. the breakfast was freshly prepared. staff took time to speak with us and give recommendations.
i noticed a little narrow entrance way, something to consider for less abled guests.
