The exterior really needs some paint. It looks quite worn. our room felt a little cramped, and it lacked storage. there were no drawers, just a metal hanging rail. the toilet didn't flush properly, even after i reported the issue.

The location right on the promenade was convenient. Tram stops were very close.

The room I booked lacked some advertised amenities. I was expecting a coffee machine, but there wasn't one. The fan listed in the room description was also missing and this made the room uncomfortable. The iron was not available either, I had to wear a creased shirt.
