intrusive managerunflushed toilet

The manager seemed overly intrusive. He kept asking about my plans. I arrived fairly late, and I was told to keep it down. This happened before 8 PM. I noticed the toilet wasn't flushed. Two used shower gel packets remained in the shower. It was off-putting.
