I found the staff very helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. The family room suited my needs perfectly. It featured interconnected rooms, with two doubles and one single, which I appreciated. The room was also spacious and clean. That's important to me.

I was on the second floor and had some difficulty with the stairs.

The hotel is close to the pleasure beach. I could walk there in about 10 minutes. A tram stop is also just opposite the hotel, allowing quick access to other attractions. I consider this very convenient.

The room included useful amenities such as a fridge and coffee and tea facilities. Shampoo and body wash were provided. The beds were comfy. I found everything clean, so I was happy!!!

An Acceptable Stay

The family room offered ample space for our group. I appreciated the interconnected layout with two double rooms and one single room. A fridge was in the room, also coffee and tea facilities. Shampoo and body wash were available too.

The card machine was not working when I arrived at 8:30 p.m. I had to drive to a supermarket to withdraw cash. A large section of the floor was warm. This was due to hot water pipes running under the floor, next to the single beds, and I could not control the room temperature.
