charming stay near north station
convenient location full service plentiful hot water
The location proved convenient. i appreciated the proximity to the train station. the team offered full service and assisted with all my needs. also, the hot water was plentiful. I had no issues with the shower.
the door did not shut properly and felt insecure. also, i noticed dirty cushions on the bed.

the tv was small for my preference but i found it acceptable.

convenient stay near the action
clean room restful bed
i found the room very clean when i arrived. the double bed provided a very restful night. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay i felt welcome and looked after. i appreciated the prompt check-in process and the staff's readiness to provide information.
i had to wait a few minutes at the front door to be let in, and i noticed a slight smell near the entrance this is an area that could use some improvement.

great location friendly staff helpful staff broken switch long wait toilet issue
The location was great for getting around. The train station was a short walk. Main bars were also very close. The staff was always friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.
The hall light switch was broken. There was no light in the hall. Hot water took a long time to come through, maybe 5 or 10 minutes. The toilet did not flush properly.

the staff was friendly and very helpful , especially with local information. my room had recently been updated , it was really warm.
the soundproofing was not optimal , i could hear some street noise at night.

strong urine smell loud noise
the staff welcomed me well enough on arrival.
My room smelled strongly of urine. I bought an air freshener but the odour remained. the toilet also made a loud noise whenever it flushed.
