The location was great for getting around. The train station was a short walk. Main bars were also very close. The staff was always friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.
The hall light switch was broken. There was no light in the hall. Hot water took a long time to come through, maybe 5 or 10 minutes. The toilet did not flush properly.

the soundproofing was not optimal , i could hear some street noise at night.

the staff welcomed me well enough on arrival.
My room smelled strongly of urine. I bought an air freshener but the odour remained. the toilet also made a loud noise whenever it flushed.
