the room was nicely decorated. the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast offered many choices. the staff was friendly and very helpful

the room felt smaller than expected. the sink was located in the bedroom. the mirror was around the corner. shaving was a bit difficult due to this arrangement

The location was acceptable. It was close to what i needed.

The room was really small. it felt cramped, and there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably. It was like the room was designed for one person only

Charming Stay!

delicious biscuits central location

The breakfast service included made-to-order items and decaf tea. The hotel fulfilled my request for a first-floor room, helpful. Complimentary tea, biscuits, and water were available in the room. I especially enjoyed the custard creams. The location was GREAT. Everything felt very close by.

The towels in the room had marks, and one towel looked like it had been chewed at the corner.

The location suited my needs well. The staff were generally helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. I also found it well-kept. The breakfast included was quite satisfactory.

My room was quite small (certainly seemed like a squeeze). The shower had low pressure, a bit annoying. I also found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear noise from other rooms.

wonderful experience near the pier

great location good breakfast

the location near central pier was superb for all of us. breakfast was also a highlight and included lots of choice. it was a really great stay.

the doors made a lot of noise. doors banging constantly was an issue. people talked loudly outside for long periods and i woke up early.
