I found the apartment warm and well equipped. plenty of bedding kept me cozy! the reception staff were indeed friendly and ready to assist. laundry facilities are very good. They were simple to operate. i also appreciated secure luggage storage before check-in time.

the windows looked a little dirty.

the staff provided service without disturbing my privacy. i requested toilet paper through a text, then a bag was hanging on the locker outside the door within just 10 minutes. i was impressed with the swift responsiveness.

mixed feelings about this stay

uncomfortable bedfaulty fan

i was disappointed to find that the bed was quite uncomfortable. the slats seemed to shift around, and the mattress actually fell through a couple of times. the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, and the mirror lights were flickering annoyingly. the app i was supposed to use to report these issues kept giving me an error message, so i couldn't even let anyone know until my last day.

The kitchen had all necessary items for cooking. The location IS VERY convenient. It was close to restaurants, shops and public transport. I found the apartment to be clean.

The tv DID NOT work properly. The staff was often unavailable. I didn't like that THERE was no daily room service.
