Adequate stay near Waterfront Station

useful microwaveconvenient locationheavy doorsuncomfortable lobby
I found the proximity to Waterfront Station convenient. The location made it easy to access various parts of the city. The room had a microwave, useful for heating up leftovers (I like warm meals!).
The entrance did not have automatic doors. It was difficult to manage luggage while trying to open the heavy doors myself. The hotel lacked a comfortable lobby. I wished there was a better space to relax or meet with others.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station from the airport. it was also a short walk to the cruise terminal. gastown with its bars and restaurants was easily accessible on foot. the room provided was well equipped.
the lobby felt quite cavernous and lacked comfortable space for meeting. the entrance to the hotel from the parking garage was an ugly alleyway. there was no assistance with luggage.

Adequate Stay

friendly staffroomy roomexpensive parkinguncomfortable lobby
The staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and roomy. The hotel is near Canada Place, Granville Square, and the Convention Centres.
The parking was too expensive at 55 CAD per night. I think this price is too high for hotel guests. The hotel does not have a comfortable lobby space. It felt overpriced.

the city view king suite was supposedly spacious, but there were no lights near the coffee machine. i needed to use a flashlight to even see it. seems like a design flaw.

Decent stay with some drawbacks

spacious roomfunctional kitchenettenice changing roomlarge lobbyrestaurant absenceautomatic door
The room was quite spacious. It included a functional kitchenette. The pool facilities impressed me. The changing rooms were especially nice.
The lobby felt very large. It did not have a cute atmosphere. The hotel lacked a proper restaurant. I also noted the absence of automatic doors at the entrance.
