the room had a yoga mat which was unexpected and acceptable
i asked for a late checkout because my flight was at 9 pm it was initially approved but then reversed on the day i had to wake my toddler up early which was not ideal

The location was acceptable since it was close to restaurants and attractions.
The mattress was soft and uneven. The pillows were lumpy, seemingly old. The ventilation was poor. It became stifling even with the fan on.

The room was BEAUTIFUL. I found the staff helpful. The hotel has many amenities. I felt secure due to the multiple lock options on the door along with a safe. The location is optimal. I could easily stroll to Robson Street for meals. It was just what I needed.

The hotel features a whirlpool and a sauna. Guests have access to two bathrooms in certain rooms. There is also an abundance of available towels provided in the room.

The front desk staff was helpful. Check-in was quick. Check-out was SMOOTH. The hotel manager was greeting guests. This made everything very personable.
