i found the staff personable and accommodating. the room aesthetic was updated. i liked having the espresso machine and steamer. the toiletries smelled pleasant and seemed high quality.
the thermostat was difficult to use. i could not figure out how to get consistent cooling. there was no clear owner's manual.

The room was clean as new. The housekeeping staff clearly maintains high standards. The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. I found the on-site restaurant, Hydra, convenient for meals. The service I received from all the staff was excellent, so attentive.
The gym required a key from the front desk for access each time. This process was a slight inconvenience.

The room was IMMACULATE and very spacious. Pillows was like clouds. The white sheets hugged me RIGHT to sleep. I walked two blocks. I saw the cruise port. The Gastown Steam Clock is very close. EVERYTHING was awesome!
The air freshener scent in the lobby area seemed a tad too strong for MY liking.

the hotel is centrally located and convenient for accessing nearby attractions and amenities.
my room's thermostat did not function correctly and i was unable to adjust the temperature (i requested assistance from the front desk, but the issue remained unresolved). the shower head provided very little water pressure, made showering quite difficult and unsatisfying. also, the bed was too soft, negatively affecting my sleep quality.
