peloton bikesclosed loungemember care
The gym included two Peloton bikes. That was acceptable.
The executive lounge remained closed. This was frustrating, especially since the hotel is near the financial district. I also found the lack of a lounge showed the hotel did not care about its members. I know many people would stay here more often if a lounge was available, even a modest one.

bad soundproofinghigh minibar prices
I found the soundproofing pretty bad. i was on a high floor, but i could still hear street noise, it was ridiculous. and the minibar prices. They were just outrageous. a small bottle of water cost almost as much as a cocktail downstairs. I almost laughed. the lack of soundproofing really impacted my sleep quality. high minibar prices also affected my experience.

convenient location with a minor hiccup

clean roomqueen-size bedsbreakfast variety
The location proved convenient. I walked to most destinations. the room was spacious, with two queen-size beds that provided ample comfort. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The room service was also prompt. the breakfast buffet offered many options, including a custom omelet station.
The valet parking seemed expensive. It cost $71 for one night. i think this price is excessive.

The location is seriously awesome! it is like a 5-minute stroll to canada place. robson street and coal harbor are super close too. the gym totally rocks. It even has two peloton bikes!
the only slight thing, i noticed the lobby could benefit from brighter lighting, though it wasn't a big deal.

i loved how central the location was! it was about a 5, 7 minute walk to canada place. robson street and coal harbor were also close. gastown and the stadium were about a 12-15 minute walk.
i would say the standard of cleanliness has declined. every shelf and flat surface was covered in a thick layer of dust. windows and mirrors were dusty and streaky. the bathrooms were not well cleaned.
