I totally scored with the location. It's prime for seawall strolls and yummy eats. the staff were super friendly and helpful. I felt so welcome. my harbour view king room was amazing. What a view!

The parking fee felt a bit much. I mean, $45? though everything else rocked!

The hotel sits near harbour green park and the seaplane terminal. The scenery is fabulous. access to various attractions is easy, because it is close to waterfront station. it is also next door to the christmas market.

our rooms were ready after lunch at p2b. the meeting rooms were very clean. dinners in p2b were pleasant, as was all the staff. the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles mounted into holders on the wall was convenient.

my stay was short but that's ok.

the meeting rooms were super tidy during our conference and refreshments were kept fresh. the hotel is very clean and well kept, i saw staff cleaning it daily. the hotel has perfect cleanliness.

The view from my room was excellent and spacious. the keurig in my room was surprisingly quiet but quick and the amount of coffee was sufficient! the bathroom was equally spacious and the shower had great water pressure. It helped me feel alive again in the morning.

i appreciated the harbour view king room. it included a very comfortable king bed. i saw coal harbour and north shore mountains from my room. staff was very efficient at check in.

i noticed the hotel is showing some age. i think they could use a little attention to detail when cleaning.
