rancid cashews broken light
the staff was helpful.
the products in the mini bar were not good peanuts and cashews were rancid i got credit but it was unfortunate light in my room was also not working properly.

convenient location efficient staff delicious buffet
the location was really good, i could easily walk to shops and many restaurants. the staff at the front desk were very efficient. i also enjoyed the breakfast buffet located on the ninth floor, i found it delicious.
the room thermostat was not working properly and the room was a bit too cold, though i contacted maintenance about this

The front desk staff were efficient and helpful, i did appreciate that. concierge services offered maps and tour information. It was easy to get around. the hotel has resident labrador retrievers, ella and ellie. I stopped to pet them.

The hotel is located downtown near shops and restaurants. It was quite convenient. the hotel is also near public transportation and canada line stop. i liked that the location allows easy access to attractions.

The hotel has a restaurant. I found the breakfast there delicious and healthy. concierge services were available to purchase hop-on-hop-off bus tickets. This made it easy to explore. there is a private transportation service. This requires reservation.

I booked a beautiful room. It had a sitting area with a sofa. the room included a desk and a coffee table. I could work there. there was tea and coffee service available. I really used it.

central location comfortable bed quiet room concierge service expected room smaller bathroom
I liked the location, it was central. The room size was adequate and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was generally quiet.
I found cost cutting at the hotel obvious. There was no concierge service one night when I needed help with luggage. I had to bring my luggage up myself and my reserved room was smaller than expected.
