the staff helped us at every request.

the room was not what i had expected. it lacked special touches. the coffee machine seemed cheap.. the robes provided were too thin to be comfortable.

the location proved convenient for getting around.

my room faced the hospital, and the ambulance sirens were disruptive throughout the night. this made it difficult to get a restful sleep. i would have appreciated a quieter room assignment.

the location was convenient with several dining options within walking distance

i requested housekeeping multiple times and my room was not serviced until late in the day it caused significant inconvenience i had to wait in the lobby with my food getting cold the experience was frustrating i don't expect to return

attentive service generous selection attentive staff good stay

i travel often and appreciate attentive service. billy in the lounge consistently remembered my name. he was also very attentive. the executive lounge provided a generous selection of snacks. julien and paige at the front desk were great too.

the pillows were not supportive. there weren't firm options. my neck was sore afterwards.

the hotel staff offered helpful service. i checked in early and it was convenient. i needed to donate a sleeping bag and the concierge ensured it was donated it for me. i consider that excellent customer service.

the north tower has an older design.
