i found the location quite beneficial it had many asian restaurants nearby. the capilano bridge shuttle bus even had a stop in front of the premises it was very convenient. the staff provided opportunities for early check-in i also stored my luggage without any issues.

the deposit seemed quite high at two hundred dollars i found this excessive. i also noted a lack of coffee or other complimentary services i consider this a significant oversight.

The room felt dated. The carpet looked worn and the furniture seemed old. I found the noise from outside bothersome, especially at night. There was noticeable street noise despite being on a higher floor, and I wish the soundproofing was better.

the curtains in my room didn't fully block out the light, really bothering me at night. the tv guide was useless as i couldn't see descriptions, so i had to flip through channels. and the bedsheets felt too thin, i was cold.

The location was fantastic, right on robson street. i could walk to nearly everything i wanted to see. our room was a queen room two queen beds. the staff were friendly. They were always ready to help with directions or recommendations.

I waited quite a long time sometimes. i also found the internet access frustratingly slow. it made even basic tasks take much longer.
