a thoroughly excellent hotel experience!

i was impressed by the cleanliness of my room. the room included two comfortable chairs. the minifridge was a bit small, but still appreciated for keeping drinks cool. the room service, though slow for just coffee, was ultimately satisfying.
the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough , i mentioned this to the front desk, but the response felt a little dismissive.

the hotel provides valet parking , i found this efficient. a convenience store sits conveniently near the hotel entrance, this is great for quick needs. a starbucks is also close for morning coffee.

my coast king pet friendly room was spacious. the bed was comfortable and ensured a restful sleep. i liked the japanese-style toilet, i found it quite excellent.

the location was fantastic and i walked to many attractions nearby. i received robes promptly after i requested them and i used the heated pool. i even got an upgrade to a better room, it was a nice surprise. staff were quick, helpful and very cheerful.
The restaurant on site wasn't really to my taste. I'd advise trying the great nearby eateries.

the room had large beds, nice for a relaxing sleep. it was super clean and spacious, and everything was convenient to use. the bathroom was also a good size and very practical.

the hotel is close to the harbour, so you can take an easy walk to the port. the convenience store beside the hotel was very handy. this neighborhood felt safe and secure to me

The outdoor jacuzzi was Amazing. The room was spacious and included a large porch. The smart toilet was also awesome. Staff was nice and attentive, and they provided quick assistance. I found the location near the convention center very convenient.

The king room included laminate floors. The room had coffee and creamer. Floor to ceiling windows gave great city views from the corner room.
The premium rooms are noisy. Double earplugs and a pillow were not enough. One of the mattresses had a large dip and was hard to get comfortable on.
