really good housekeeping efficient room service central location
this hotel stands out as really good. the housekeeping staff showed very nice attention to detail. i was impressed by the efficient room service options that were available. i also found the central location convenient for exploring various attractions.
during my stay, the gym became quite crowded during peak hours. it was sometimes difficult to access the equipment. additional space or equipment could improve this situation.

the hotel offers several dining options, including a charming coffee bar. the 1927 restaurant has a good breakfast menu. i particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon benedict with crispy bacon.

underwhelming stay and issues with service
unclean room loud party
the bell service was wonderful, offering assistance with transfers and transportation.
i booked three nights and the room wasn't cleaned properly. despite asking several times, only the bare essentials were done, this isn't acceptable for a hotel of this supposed category. a party downstairs was so loud and disturbing.

Every person I met greeted me with curiosity and helpfulness. My needs came first. I recommend this place very highly. The concierge recommendations were perfect. The bathroom had artistic design, there were nespresso and tea available, turn down service and tasty treats were available. Beds were very comfortable and there was a variety of pillows available.

Breakfast included a range of hot and cold options with fresh pastries and fruits available. a selection of local cheeses and cured meats available. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list with local and international selections. The bar had live piano music.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes with adjustable settings. The pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. The business center offers printing and scanning services around the clock.

The hotel is within a five-minute walk of the art gallery. The main shopping street is a ten-minute walk from the front door. The nearest bus stop is directly outside of the hotel.
