charmed experience

kitchen facilities amazing views comfy bed

i appreciated the kitchen facilities IN the suite. it included a stove, dishwasher, and also a washing machine. the balcony offered amazing views and the bed WAS comfy.

the air conditioner worked only in the bedroom, not the living area. This felt a little inconvenient, given the space.

the hotel boasts a rooftop terrace pool, a VERY nice feature. There is also underground parking, and this provides convenient access. a gym is on site and it includes standard equipment.

the building location allows easy access to many main attractions. bus stops ARE very close, a few feet away. There is a grocery store across the street, it stays open until late.

useful combo fantastic views central location

The suite had a washing machine and dryer combo. THAT was very useful. The views were fantastic I could see everything from my room. The location IS central.

The elevators took FOREVER to get to the floors. That was frustrating.

The suite had a full kitchen. It was convenient. the location was also fantastic with many restaurants nearby. friendly staff members provided helpful service, i appreciated this.

The room was very worn out. It could use some upgrades. the pool was drained one of the days i was there. I was hoping to use it. the receptionist was rude during check-in.

an okay stay with a couple issues

convenient location full kitchen washing machine rude staff high bill sketchy entrance

the location is pretty convenient. i could walk to several restaurants. the suite included a kitchen. it also had a washing machine, nice for longer stays.

the front desk receptionist seemed rude when i checked in. they kept adding expenses. the final bill was much higher than i expected. i also found the entrance a bit sketchy.

The location had many dining options, I appreciated this. Public transportation was also available, it was very convenient.

I was charged for overnight parking after my stay. The hotel did not inform me about parking fees beforehand, I found this inconvenient. Getting information about the charge was also difficult.
