a lovely stay!
friendly staffgenerous portionsimmediate resolutionheated pool
the front desk staff greeted me so warmly. the breakfast menu offered large portions, and i was very happy to have tasted every single item. my room issue was resolved immediately by the team. i also found the recently renovated rooms to be very nicely done and the heated pool was nice and warm!!!
i noticed that some of the parking spots were a bit tight, but i found a suitable place eventually. it didn't bother me at all.

the room featured dove shampoo and other lovely amenities, with a touch of luxury to the stay. the presence of usb ports beside the bed allowed easy charging for devices and this added convenience was appreciated!!!

the hotel provided a seating area on the second floor, and the hop on hop off bus stop being only a block away was so convenient for exploring the area.

The staff ensured the room and bathroom were kept super clean, this was wonderful, and they promptly delivered extra coffee pods upon request, showing their attentiveness. Kevin, the manager, was especially helpful during my time at the hotel.

I booked partly because of the pool. It was closed when I arrived. The receptionist was unhelpful. The tv had netflix but it did not work. The room temperature was too low. I asked for help but it did not improve .
