What Previous Guests Had to Say
Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
L'Hermitage Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located near Robson Street's shopping and Cafe Medina. Many guests appreciate the spacious and immaculate rooms, some of which include a separate living room, kitchenette, and balcony, even boasting a faux fireplace. The hotel is within walking distance of many neighborhoods, and bicycles are available for loan; however, a few guests have noted thin blankets or occasional noise disturbances. Despite this, the overall experience tends to be very positive.

great shoppinghousekeeping servicelarge holes
The hotel is close to the downtown area and has great shopping nearby.
The housekeeping service was a problem. They have a strange rule about entering rooms, especially suites, if guests are present. My request for a one-time exception was denied, so my wife had to leave the room while sick. The sheets on the bed also had large holes.

the staff greeted me with such warmth, their kindness added a special touch to my visit. i appreciated the location, close to everything i needed. the hotel even provided bicycles , and i explored nearby parks with ease. the room was also very spacious, with plenty of room to unwind.
the room was a bit too cold, and the blanket was too thin for my liking. i also noticed a loud noise coming from the a/c. leaf blowers outside woke me up too early , and the breakfast was disrupted by vacuuming.

Superb Stay, Central Location and Excellent Service

I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The bathroom included a full pull-out lighted makeup mirror, very helpful. Breakfast had great selections, and the service was very decent. The parking system was secure.
The A/C unit was a bit noisy. It fully ran and then made extreme loud noises, though it only happened occasionally
Dining
