The room felt spacious because it was a corner suite. It included a separate living room from the bedroom. The hotel offered a very convenient location close to some lovely bars and restaurants.
There were no umbrellas available for guest use . The room decor seemed a bit old and used. The bathroom ventilation was also noisy at all times.

The staff treated us really well. They were attentive! I appreciated the central location to all the attractions! It was super close to the cruise terminal. The adjacent French restaurant is worth a visit. The food was wonderful.

the location was acceptable. neighborhood seemed safe.
i came to this hotel for two nights. on the first day the shower water was cold in the morning, and i could not get hotter water. i mentioned the issue to the front desk, but the shower wasnt fixed the next morning. it was pretty poor.

the air conditioning was really loud. it kept cycling on and off all night making it hard to sleep, the hotel app was also a letdown. it asked about my stay but nobody ever contacted me, even after i reported issues.

The location was central to many attractions making it easy to get around.
The staff member I initially dealt with was not helpful and seemed annoyed by my questions. I also found the air conditioning unit to be quite loud making it difficult to sleep soundly.

the staff were nice. the hotel has an agreement with a french bistro restaurant next door. a 10% discount applies to the bill if breakfast is not included. the food was really delicious and there was a huge wine list.
the receptionist seemed terrible. there was no response to my request for an early check in. i had to chase the hotel for a bill and evidence the funds taken from my account. additional taxes were taken, but these were not communicated to me.
