Admirable stay
superb location warm staff comfortable beds
The location was superb. It allowed easy access to attractions. The staff greeted me warmly and were helpful (even with my late arrival). I found the beds exceedingly comfortable, a big plus for me. I would definitely consider staying again if my travels bring me back.
The lack of a kettle in the room for making coffee or tea was a slight inconvenience. I needed to go to the lobby each time i wanted a hot drink. This was a bit bothersome particularly in the mornings. perhaps adding kettles to the rooms could improve the experience.

The dining area featured a continental breakfast option each morning, including pastries and fruits. The coffee machine provided fresh brews, and there was an ample supply of juices. High chairs were available for families (always a useful thing).

Excellent stay!
friendly staff great value
The staff was genuinely friendly and cute. The room was clean, tidy, and it provided everything I needed (I even forgot my charger and they had one!). The value for money was very good for the area.
The arcade games required payment. This was a bit of a drawback, considering it would be nice to have some free entertainment options for children after a long day.

The owner greeted us with a smile. He showed us the room, pointed out light switches, and ensured we knew where everything was. The team was very helpful .

The hotel has a central location. It is very close to attractions and restaurants. I found it easy to walk to most places from the hotel.

the location was acceptable for access to nearby shops.
i found the condition of the room disappointing. the plug socket was loose and unsafe. the room was tiny and felt outdated.

filthy carpet substandard cleanliness
the location proved acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby amenities.
i found the room cleanliness to be substandard. the carpet was notably filthy, and i observed mould around the sealant in the shower. these conditions detracted from the overall quality of my stay
