I found the staff to be friendly and polite. The room offered plenty of tea supplies. I appreciated having fresh linens..

I did notice a sewage smell coming from the sink. The bathroom down the hall also had some mold. Addressing these issues would definitely improve the experience.

I found the room clean with fresh linens and adequate tea supplies. The shared bathroom was consistently clean , which I appreciated. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, readily addressing any questions I had.

I found a slight squeak in the floorboards , but it wasn't too disruptive.

jake was a very great host, very polite indeed. he was also very helpful. the room was perfect and very clean. it was such a peaceful space and not sketchy at all.

i didn't see any staff after my initial check-in. the bunk bed in our room was a bit rusty and wobbled a lot. my children felt unsafe sleeping in it.

the manager, jake, offered really good hospitality, greeting guests with noticeable politeness and a helpful attitude. his attentiveness greatly contributed to a cute atmosphere , that i found particularly good, and really made a difference.
