jake was a very great host, very polite indeed. he was also very helpful. the room was perfect and very clean. it was such a peaceful space and not sketchy at all.

i didn't see any staff after my initial check-in. the bunk bed in our room looked a bit rusty and wobbled a lot. my children felt unsafe sleeping in it.

the manager, jake, offered really good hospitality, greeting guests with noticeable politeness and a helpful attitude. his attentiveness greatly contributed to a cute atmosphere , that i found particularly good, and really made a difference.

The hotel offers spacious bedrooms, equipped with freeview television channels for entertainment. bathrooms are separate from the bedrooms. A convenient setup, i must say. i noticed the provision of both bunk beds and double beds to accommodate families.

the location is a very big plus, as the hotel is situated near several attractions and shops. this proximity allowed for convenient access to local amenities, and helped.

My room included plenty of tea supplies for making hot beverages at my convenience. this was a helpful detail, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea at any time. It's a nice detail, i think.
