the room was decorated beautifully (it was the boudoir) and it was very clean. the breakfast was fabulous with fresh ingredients and generous portions.

The owners didn't seem overly concerned during our arrival. I almost reminded me of i was bothering them.

charlie and mark were great hosts they offered a warm welcome the room had a comfy bed and a hot shower. delicious breakfasts became a highlight i especially liked the generous portions. the bar had a quirky decor it created a great atmosphere

i found the room a bit taxing because it was on the attic floor sloping ceilings were somewhat difficult to navigate

the hotel is located near the north train station this provides very quick access. it also offers a short walk to the seafront shops theatres and the nightlife. this provides convenience for transportation and nearby activities

the breakfast included a huge choice with freshly cooked options this set guests up perfectly for the day. the bistro had an extensive selection of home-cooked meals that were reasonably priced. i found both breakfast and other meal options delicious

the room included complimentary toiletries and a kettle. the four wi-fi stations provided excellent connectivity (i could even stream movies without interruption!). a fan kept the room cool, a thoughtful addition for the summer weather.
