the location was great, near the train station. i appreciated the easy access.

The shower was problematic. it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. I couldn't get it to a comfortable temperature. the shower head also leaked when turned on.

the location was really convenient. it was close to many amenities, i liked that. the staff was also quite friendly and helpful, they helped me with my luggage. the room i had was clean.

the room was quite small. it felt a bit cramped for me, the bathroom was tiny. the noise from other guests was a bit disruptive at times. there were some disturbances during the night and the bins were not emptied daily.

Excellent Stay Near the Pier

The breakfast had tasty food and offered good value for the money. I enjoyed the free parking, a nice perk in this location. The hotel provided both an earlier check-in and later check-out than many other places I have stayed at.

I noticed only blinds covered the windows in my room. Even when closed, outside lights came through the window. This affected my ability to sleep well.

The hotel is close to the North Pier, convenient for accessing attractions. A short walk takes you to the tower and shopping center. I found the area to be relatively quiet and enjoyable.

Free parking made things easier. I was happy to see quick WiFi available throughout the building. A bar is available on site. It has a pool table and a lounge area to use.

The staff responded quickly to the few small issues I encountered. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The employees seemed friendly and eager to assist in any way they could.
