Breakfast was lovely (especially the full English).
The shower was tiny. It reminded me of showering in a phone booth. The hot water ran out quickly during my showers, so I had to rush. the room needed better soundproofing as street noise was very audible.

the room was a bit cold, when the heater was on, it was quite noisy.

the room was dated. the bed was very uncomfortable. the mattress had seen much better days. there was no window in the room, only a skylight. i heard a constant humming noise all night from the extractor fan in the next room.

The breakfast included a choice of cereals or a cooked breakfast.
The room faced a problem with its heater. It was quite noisy when turned on. The duvet provided was also quite thin. So, it was not ideal considering the room temperature and drying the towels was difficult
