helpful staff library room water view faulty air conditioning high price inconvenience

The staff was very cute. They helped with my bags right away. I had a great time sitting in the library and on the deck. The deck overlooks the water. It was lovely.

My room was quite hot. The air conditioning did not work well. The hotel brought a portable unit. It helped a bit. The price seemed too high for the inconveniences I experienced.

the staff were helpful and very friendly I had a problem with the safe and they sorted it out quickly. The terrace upstairs offered wonderful views and had a coffee machine for guest use. I REALLY liked the complimentary port in the room it was a nice touch.

the room was very noisy cars passing by were audible all night I didn't sleep well. The bathroom seemed old the shower was awkward to use. Breakfast was simple it was sufficient but not really good.

good library peaceful moments generous touch

the hotel offers a good library with a balcony providing peaceful moments we enjoyed coffee and cake there it reminded me of a sanctuary after our explorations the complimentary port in the room was a generous and comforting touch i found the molten brown toiletries were lovely providing a luxurious element.

the room i was allocated faced the front building i could hear car noise i found it difficult to sleep well i think improving the soundproofing would enhance the experience.

The breakfast covered all tastes and made a good start to the day.

The room was not what i expected. There was only one chair available, and there was NO room to move around, disappointing. The air conditioning worked okay in the room, but the bathroom had no air conditioning at all. The hotel felt overpriced for the quality.

the staff were friendly. they did their best to assist with our requests.

our room faced the street, and the noise was excessive. it felt as if the vehicles were driving through the room. the air conditioning was also insufficient. it struggled to cool the space adequately.
