small room inefficient air conditioning

the room i was given was not what i expected, it was a single room vista alegre and seemed smaller than advertised. i also noticed the Air conditioning was not working efficiently. the breakfast selection, while decent, lacked some variety, especially for the price. i expected MORE FRESH options like smoothies or a wider range of pastries. the staff, although polite, seemed understaffed during peak hours, causing some delays at the front desk, and at breakfast.

I was happy with the early check-in the staff arranged. It certainly made my arrival much smoother. I found the location convenient. Access to key attractions was easy. My room was quiet and well-appointed, I slept soundly. The breakfast offered a superb selection. The restaurant clearly focuses on quality.

The breakfast was served at the table , so there was no need to get up for a buffet. The location was good for getting around. Many good quality restaurants are nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning did not work , and it was not fixed . I had to move rooms. There was no concession for the inconvenience of having to move rooms.
