Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Shortcomings
limited space insufficient isolation
The room size was definitely a constraint. The limited space made maneuvering with luggage difficult. I found the noise isolation to be insufficient. Street sounds were quite audible, disrupting sleep at times.

fresh fruits healthy salad
The room was clean. Staff changed towels daily! They also changed our bed clothes . Breakfast was available more than 2 hours for early birds and late comers! It was always filled up with healthy fresh fruits. Salads too!
The street noise forced me to keep the windows closed. I couldn't sit outside in the area.

convenient location comfortable bed friendly staff good value
the location was quite convenient. i found it close to the anjos metro station and tram 28e stop, it was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the bed was comfortable. the reception staff were friendly and accommodating, they helped me with all my questions.
the room was small, it was not appropriate for two persons.

the double room featured daily towel changes and complimentary toiletries, i appreciated the effort. the room included a security box and air conditioning, the bed was comfortable. the room was very clean, everything looked new.

the hotel offers luggage storage after check-out, it helped me a lot because of my late flight. there is a rooftop terrace available, with city views. the hotel has a 24-hour reception and multilingual staff.
