The location was excellent. Public transport was accessible. i could walk to the city center. i liked the soft, clean bedding and fresh breakfast.
the room furniture needs rehabilitation. it was very small.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I found the location convenient with the metro station nearby (Rato station is on the yellow line).
The shower drain had a noticeable sewage smell after showering. All toilet rolls were removed after the cleaning. That was inconvenient.

The hotel is steps away from Largo do Rato and a short walk from Príncipe Real. Local restaurants are within a five-minute walk from the hotel (I easily found great food).

the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast included good options. the location is close to transportation, made getting around easy.
the shower was not working properly. the air conditioning was not working so the room was too warm. there was very little storage space in the room.
