amazing staff vibrant area convenient location helpful service
katrina, monica and the rest of the staff really helped me. they were kind and provided everything i needed. the hotel sits in a vibrant area, full of restaurants and shops. i found the location very convenient.
i found the street a little noisy. the tram sounds and general traffic sometimes bothered my sleep. it wasn't a major issue. but it is something to consider if you are sensitive to noise.

my studio included air conditioning and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water. the room included a flatscreen television with cable channels.

The hotel is close to main attractions and public transportation. many restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance. i could easily walk to several points of interest from the hotel. It was wonderful.

the hotel offers a breakfast buffet. i enjoyed the variety of fresh pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. there was also coffee, tea, and juice available each morning, i really enjoyed it.

Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location
spacious room friendly staff great location
The room was spacious with a large bathroom, a great feature. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions and information. The location worked well, close to tram 28 and Augusta street. I also found an elevator in the building, so access to the room was easy.
The air conditioning needed some improvement. The unit did not consistently cool the room.

The hotel enjoys a central position, close to public transportation , and within walking distance of many main attractions. It made exploring the area very convenient , with easy access to iconic landmarks.

The hotel offers breakfast with a focus on sweet items , and many local bakeries are close by. I found several nearby pastry shops for enjoying fresh pastries and coffee each morning , a simple joy.

There is a safe in each room. a lift , a refrigerator, and windows that open. I made use of the safe for valuables and the fridge for drinks, an ease.

handy location helpful staff single towel broken air conditioner
the location was handy to visit. the staff was helpful and friendly. despite the message I received, a taxi dropped me right at the entrance. the room was cleaned daily too
Each guest gets only one towel!!! the air conditioner was a disaster. it was not working properly. There was no way to adjust the temperature or any other settings. the room was freezing. We got sick
