the location was convenient. it was not too far from a direct metro line. the room was clean enough and the comfort was acceptable. the receptionist provided check-in information in advance, that was nice.

the bathroom had a strong chlorine smell, it was not pleasant. the balcony was not accessible. the shutters were broken with some parts hanging down. i found this disappointing.

The sound insulation was not perfect. Noise from neighboring rooms could be heard sometimes.

I was GRATEFUL for the central location, close to many amenities. The friendly staff provided detailed check-in instructions which helped a lot. The price was excellent considering the private room included a bathroom.

The rooms felt a bit stuffy, but opening the window helped a little

The staff was helpful and replaced my towel everyday. The check-in was easy, though the staff were generally responsive! The receptionist was friendly and provided check-in information in advance to me.
