I found the location convenient. it was close to the s bahn metro line, and this simplified my travels. the staff was also very helpful. They promptly brought an extra blanket to my room when i requested it.

the staff was friendly, and the mascot added a fun touch. the room was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. i found a great french bakery just down the street from the hotel. i liked that the windows opened and were soundproof.
the hotel only accepts card payments, so i was not able to pay with cash. this could be an issue for some guests who prefer to pay with cash.

the reception staff were lovely and available at all times, a real bonus. i rented umbrellas from them, helpful given the rainy weather . the service was very efficient and attentive.
