excellent location
The hotel's location near Messe was excellent. Restaurants and shopping options are easily accessible nearby. Checking in was fast and professional. Lisa at the front desk staff was very pleasant.

i found the staff cute. water and snacks were available at reception. the decor and quirkiness throughout, from the elevators to the door numbers, was fabulous! everything was so clean too.
i requested a double bed, but i received two single beds, on wheels, pushed together. each bed had a single mattress, not ideal.

the rooftop bar offered cool vibes, with a great massage chair located in the gym. the gym looked nice and well equipped! giving options for relaxation and exercise.

uncomfortable roomflooded floor
the room i got felt a bit off. bomb shelter 'chic' doesn't really hit the mark, you know? it tried too hard to look stylish but ended up feeling uncomfortable. there wasn't drawers or space to put my things. the shower was big but it flooded the floor because of a tilt. also, i asked for a queen bed but i got two singles that slid apart. it was not great.

I appreciated the strong air conditioning. That was very important during a heat wave. The shopping center next door had a supermarket, a food court, and a pharmacy, very helpful. The subway station was also very close. It was only one stop to the main train station..

i appreciated the easy check-in process the staff were very attentive i also found the rooftop bar a great place to enjoy drinks with its view the location was especially useful for attending a nearby concert venue i found that very convenient. the team really looked after me.
i noticed that the lift required card access i found this a bit inconvenient when i had visitors i did expect easier access .

underwhelming stay, A FEW ISSUES DETRACT from THE experience

the room was clean and big, which i found acceptable.
The staff seemed uninterested in helping me, almost doing ME a favor. the bathroom had transparent glass in front of the toilet. It was impossible for anyone to walk around the room when someone used the bathroom. when i left my airpods in the room after checkout, the hotel didn't answer my calls and emails.
