The location was convenient, within walking distance of the seafront.

The breakfast felt overpriced at £15 per person. My daughter received a single pancake and I had minimal items. The heater lacked instructions and some sockets were unreliable. One side of the bed had a non-functional socket and the other side felt loose from the wall. Insufficient toast was provided.

The location was indeed convenient, near bus stops (that's always a plus!). the staff was friendly. I appreciated being able to store my bags after checking out. it was helpful as i was traveling solo with just a backpack.

my room was quite small. there was no chair and the bed was too soft to sit on comfortably. the doors were noisy to open and close (especially since my bathroom was across the landing).

dirty remotemisleading description

i found the television remote to be quite dirty, requiring some guesswork to operate it (i'm not exaggerating). sometimes one button changed channels or volume, and at other times, a different button would function. this seemed inconsistent. the hotel email indicated both room only and private bathroom on the same floor, but further down it mentioned en-suite confusingly. it was misleading.

The room provided working air conditioning, something I found very useful. Parking exists at the hotel side, and I found space. The location is great, I could walk to center easily. Staff members were helpful .

Internally noise insulation is not great, so I heard some sounds.
