i found the staff friendly and helpful . the location proved perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. free parking was a definite plus. also, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very excellent, which i valued highly.

the building was slightly dated from the outside, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

small stain noisy fan

the room felt a bit stuffy, even though i tried to adjust the thermostat. i also noticed a small stain on the carpet near the bed, it was a bit of a letdown. the advertised sea views were partially obstructed by nearby buildings. the breakfast coffee tasted a little weak. the bathroom exhaust fan was quite noisy. it's not what i expected, honestly.

Adequate stay with minor issues

friendly staff quiet room powerful shower faulty air conditioning flooded parking warm room

The staff were very friendly. They helped with directions to local attractions. The room was quiet and I got a good night's sleep (the pillows were really nice). The shower was powerful and had good temperature control.

The air conditioning in my room did not seem to work properly. I set it to a low temperature, but the room remained warm. Parking was flooded after some heavy rain. I had to be careful to avoid getting my feet wet while loading luggage.
