Parking is available on the premises, a very welcome amenity. The hotel is a short distance from the beach. It is also near a long flat promenade to Hengistbury Head. Beaches have lifeguards during the summer.

faulty lockstained carpets
the room was not quite what i expected. the lock on the door was faulty and difficult to open. i almost needed help to get out at one point.. it was damp and cold. the carpets were stained quite badly.

Saffron at reception was helpful. The breakfast was good, and I found all the staff to be amazing. I decided to upgrade my room.. I felt pleased with the additional space. The garden room suited the size of our group and enhanced the atmosphere.

excellent locationhelpful staffspacious room
the hotel location proved excellent for accessing the nearby theatre. i found all the staff very helpful across all areas. sitting on the balcony was good and offered unrestricted sea views. the room was spacious and included plenty of sockets and usb points.
the bar stayed open late, but they did not switch on the light in the outside area.
