totally amazing experience!
spacious roomamazing buffet
The rooms were spacious and comfortable! the rooftop bar was amazing and the breakfast buffet was one of the best i have ever seen. The selection was excellent, and everything tasted so fresh! i especially loved the prosciutto and melon. there was also a beautiful italian neighborhood view from my big window.

the staff was helpful. the location was great for accessing nearby attractions.
the room felt a little worn. i noticed cracked plaster in the shower and some mold on the tiles (i'm glad i took pictures). housekeeping entered my room without knocking on two separate occasions, which i found unacceptable. it.

The location was excellent (right in the city center). The staff at the rooftop bar were very attentive, offering good snacks. It was convenient and proper.
Housekeeping did not replace the coffee pods until I requested them.

mouldy groutwobbly tables
The bathroom needed better maintenance. i observed mouldy grout on the bathroom tiles. wobbly tables were also present. They needed screw tightening. these issues detracted from the overall quality i expected.
