the staff seemed a bit unhelpful in the morning.. the garage door closed very quickly. it then would not reopen. i needed to complain loudly to reception to get any help.

the location proved excellent with close proximity to transport links. i found the staff efficient and helpful throughout my stay. the room maintained a good standard aligned with expectations for this type of accommodation. the price represented good value for the services and amenities provided.

i noticed some dust present in the room upon arrival, suggesting that the cleaning could be a little more thorough.

breakfast was excellent offering a wide selection of choices, including hot dishes, fresh fruits, and pastries, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. coffee and tea were available throughout the day in the lobby area. early check-in was accommodated which proved quite convenient.

the room was adequately sized and comfortable with a well kept bathroom. the shower worked very well offering consistent temperature and pressure. a kettle with tea and coffee supplies was provided in the room for personal use.

the hotel is near the reeperbahn but situated on a side street, this provided a quiet setting. public transport is very accessible. the hotel is a short walk from a metro station.
