The hotel's proximity to public transport was a plus. A taxi arrived quickly when I requested one through reception. The room was spacious. The minibar included local Fritz Cola, apple juice, and snacks. This was a nice touch.

the location is excellent taxis respond quickly when called by reception this was especially useful during major city events the airport is also nearby my room was quite spacious and comfortable with cozy beds a minibar was included with local fritz cola apple juice water still and sparkling and snacks there is much greenery clean and safe around the area
i noticed limited english tv channels and occasional wifi issues in my room

i had a king suite sofa bed skyline view and it was amazing. i saw pretty good views from the room. parking cost 27 euros, but it's understandable since street parking is limited. i did find out the hard way the kitchen closed early, so i had marketplace food in my room. the 18th-floor sauna was a nice bonus to explore too.

staff are helpful if you need anything. i asked for extra towels, and they brought them quickly. they answered questions i had about local transport options. the reception desk operates 24 hours.

the hotel is a short drive from the airport, about 10 minutes. a metro line to the central station is direct. bus stops are within a few minutes walk from the hotel. the hotel is convenient.

mixed feelings about this hotel.
expensive breakfastdifficult invoice
The breakfast was really expensive. I think it was around 27 euros for one adult. that seemed a bit much and i don't believe the quality matched the price. also, getting an invoice was surprisingly difficult, it took days of emails. i was like i was chasing after it and never received a satisfactory response, even after several reminders. it's annoying.
