i called for the complimentary shuttle, and it arrived at the airport in just five minutes. the check-in process was easy, and the clerk was very friendly. the room was designed lovely and very clean. the bed and mattress were excellent. the hotel's proximity to a local neighborhood allowed me to easily walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner.

the executive assistant manager, gerrit, contacted me before my stay to organize everything. the reception team offered a very warm welcome. the suite was spacious and well-equipped. housekeeping maintained everything meticulously, very charmed by their dedication.

i found the ac controls limited in adjusting the room temperature. despite this, the overall experience was great.

the room was spotlessly clean with no maintenance issues. a hot, powerful shower was just what i needed after my journey!!!

the breakfast was at best mediocre and definitely not worth the price i paid.
