easy accesscity viewnoisy fancold air
The location was amazing. Access to the viewing platform was easy and the city and river views were fine. I liked that the newly opened Westfield Mall was close by.
Unfortunately, the air circulation fan was excessively noisy. The air conditioning system was unmanageable. It remained cold. I contacted reception for assistance, but the technician locked it on heat instead of fixing the issue.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

I was greeted warmly upon arrival. The fitness center had a treadmill and elliptical trainers. Underground parking was convenient and secure. The room offered an AMAZING view!
The minibar was empty.
